Estée Lauder Companies in Dublin is seeking an enthusiastic Fragrance Specialist to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized customer experience. You will educate and delight customers while upholding brand standards and contributing to events that elevate in-store engagement.

Experience in fragrance or beauty retail is preferred, but a strong passion for beauty and exceptional customer service with the ability to learn quickly will also shine in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Previous fragrance & beauty retail experience preferred, but amateurs with high creative/technical expertise are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
