Responsibilities

• Build the financial budget and range plan per season with the Department Merchandiser.
• Deliver a commercially viable balanced product range at competitive prices.
• Analyse sales performance with merchandiser on product and region.
• Ensure sustainability roadmap targets are met.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Review supply base and coordinate with Sustainability team for quality.
• Negotiate best cost and value with relevant Buyers.
• Translate key fabric and trends into consumer products with Design Teams.
• Evaluate competition for merchandising strengths and weaknesses.
• Agree sales budgets and monitor sales in store and online.
• Implement and maintain garment quality standards.
• Approve styling and fit details with the technical team.
• Ensure compliance with safety elements.
• Identify seasonal items for press and media coverage.
• Sign off store merchandising plans.
• Visit stores for customer insight and feedback.
• Coach and develop team through training and mentoring.
• Liaise with Head of department for team development monitoring.
