Job summary

The Door Talent is recruiting for an Early Years Educator or Room Leader for a well‑established centre in Finglas, Dublin 11. This term‑time only role offers 30 hours per week with daytime shifts to suit families and study schedules.

The successful candidate will have a Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education, experience in an early years setting, a strong understanding of Aistear, and a genuine passion for children's learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Experience in an early years setting

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, independence, and development

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for children aged 2–5 in a term-time setting.
• Deliver an Aistear-aligned curriculum based on children's interests.
• Support children's learning, independence and development in daily activities.
