Role: Experienced Temporary Payroll Specialist/Administrator
We are recruiting an experienced Payroll Specialist/Administrator within the Central Finance function. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor and working closely with various stakeholders, this lead role will primarily be responsible for processing end‑to‑end fortnightly payroll. Hybrid working of 2 days per week in office in place.
Payroll is managed in-house and requires a high level of manual processing. Since payroll files are Excel-based, strong proficiency in Excel is essential. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll. Key duties include compiling and posting payroll journals, preparing month‑end reconciliations, and providing expert support, training, and guidance on payroll processes. You will also assist with general BAU tasks, audits, and ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.
