Frasers Group’s Sports Direct is hiring a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period in Ireland (Naas area). Bring energy, enthusiasm and a customer‑focused approach to help shoppers with product selections and to maintain a first‑class store presentation.

You will engage with every customer, offer tailored recommendations using product knowledge, support stock processing and merchandising, and contribute to team goals while working bank holidays, weekends and evenings through January

Job Description

As a Temporary Sales Assistant for the Christmas period (ending January 10th 2027), you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and customer focus to every shift. From helping customers with product selections to maintaining the look and feel of the store, you’ll contribute to a first-class shopping experience, all while gaining valuable skills and building your confidence in a fun, fast-moving retail environment.

• Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
• Use your product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations
• Support the team in delivering store goals
• Help maintain store standards through stock presentation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising standards that reflect the Sports Direct brand

Operations

• Assist with deliveries and stock processing
• Ensure pricing is up-to-date and accurate
• Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
