Job summary

Grouper Technology Limited seeks a Technical Program Manager to coordinate enterprise-scale initiatives across Legal/Commercial, Infrastructure, Security, Data Processing, AI, and B2C app development. You will manage internal teams and nearshore vendors to deliver an end-to-end solution aligned with Grouper’s strategy.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and strong stakeholder communication, with agile delivery, release planning, and translating technical concepts for leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in enterprise-scale projects.
• Experience delivering cloud projects, preferably Azure.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C projects with strong communication.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and customers/end-users.
• Experience with data analytics or BI tools is a plus.
• Comfort working in remote environment.
• Experience with release planning and working with 3rd party vendors.
• Experience in agile environments.

• Develop a cross-functional program plan to bring the product to market within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate and oversee all activities across all workstreams to meet delivery goals.
• Enhance governance to ensure transparency, issue resolution, escalation, and agility across workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, providing input to decisions.
• Facilitate solution design sessions across the program.
• Track and report program progress to leadership and the board.
• Monitor and report on program budgetary elements.
• Drive delivery across internal and external teams and accelerate delivery across workstreams.

The Scoop on the Role:

We're in search of a savvy Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly expanding operation, supporting both internal projects and client project requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate across various cross-functional disciplines to deliver an enterprise solution critical to Grouper’s strategy. This solution demands coordination and alignment of activities across multiple workstreams, including Legal/Commercial, Infrastructure, Security, Data Processing, AI, and B2C application development. The role involves managing internal teams and nearshore external vendors, presenting an exciting opportunity for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to contribute to an industry-leading product in a dynamic environment.

• Develop a comprehensive cross-functional program plan outlining a clear pathway for bringing the product to market within the required timeframe.
• Coordinate and oversee all activities across all workstreams to ensure delivery goals and business needs are met.
• Enhance governance controls on delivery to establish robust processes for transparency, issue resolution, escalation, etc., while maintaining high agility and adaptability within workstreams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, providing expert input into decision‑making processes.
• Facilitate and participate in solution design sessions with individual workstreams and across the program as a whole.
• Track and report program progress at leadership and board levels.
• Monitor and report on program budgetary elements.
• Drive delivery focus across all cross‑functional teams, both internal and external.
  Identify innovative strategies for accelerating delivery across workstreams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in program management and/or enterprise‑scale project management.
• Experience in delivering projects for cloud computing environments (preferably Azure), leveraging the core infrastructure, platform, and service capabilities of cloud environments to drive rapid implementation.
• Previous experience in both B2B and B2C projects. High attention to detail with an analytical mindset, comfortable with highly technical concepts. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable and experienced in communicating and influencing organization leadership level. Experience working directly with customers/end-users.
• Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools is a benefit.
  
• Flexibility to operate successfully in a dynamic environment; experience in working effectively and proactively in a remote working environment.
• Experience in driving release planning and rapid release cycles.
• Experience in driving delivery output and productivity from 3rd party vendors.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with deliverables involving highly scalable big data management or data integration services and platforms would be advantageous.
