Job summary

Three is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Drogheda to deliver friendly, proactive service and match customer needs with the right products. This 20-hour-per-week role includes evenings/weekends and a commission-based earnings structure.

You will join a high-performing store team focused on customer care, data protection, and a welcoming environment. The role may involve cash handling, mentoring, and meeting store targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and presenting.
• Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.
• Friendly, confident and able to work independently and with team.
• Self-motivated, patient and resilient.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving or negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and proactive service to every customer.

• Promote self-service through the My3 app using a show-not-do approach.
