MSD Malaysia in Ireland's Dunboyne site is seeking a Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate to join a 1st shift onsite role. You will perform end-to-end production for Fed Batch and Continuous Manufacturing, operating equipment per batch records and SOPs, while upholding safety and compliance on site.

The role requires a science/engineering qualification and GMP experience with familiarization of DeltaV/Pas X and single-use tech. Join a multi-disciplinary team.

Formación

Job Description A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate. This is an onsite shift role. Bring energy, knowledge, innovation to carry out the following: The Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate, is responsible for:

• End-to end production operations for both Fed Batch and Continuous Manufacturing.
• Operating equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans and standard operating procedures.
• Conducting all work activities with a strict adherence to the safety and compliance culture on site.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplined, dedicated process team where flexibility and teamwork are an essential requirement.

What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• Level 6 qualification in a science or engineering discipline desired.
• 2+ years’ experience in a GMP Manufacturing requirement shall be deemed equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with contamination control and batch release requirements.
• Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, Pas X, and the use of Automation in a manufacturing Process.
• Experience with various Single Use technologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Upstream and Downstream Unit Operations for mAb manufacturing.
