Tech Lead Engineer – .NET & Azure

We are seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in designing and delivering modern, cloud-native backend systems. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership experience and a passion for building scalable, resilient platforms.

You will work closely with architects, product managers, and engineers to shape system design, mentor team members, and ensure best practices are consistently applied across our solutions. The right candidate will bring strong architectural skills, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality systems using Microsoft technologies.

• Backend: .NET Core (C#)

• Hands‑on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for source control and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong understanding of clean architecture, scalability, and performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in high-scale, distributed environments.
• Familiarity with event sourcing patterns.
• Exposure to containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Docker, Bicep, Terraform).
