Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a part-time Team Member for an 16-hour pattern in our Dublin store. You will contribute to delivering a fantastic customer experience and maintain product knowledge while working closely with the store team.

You will participate in training, handle stock deliveries and replenishment, and help keep the store clean and well organised. The role requires strong communication and a proactive, friendly attitude toward customers and colleagues.

• Calm and solutions focused with good listening skills to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great customer experience and meet service expectations.
• Maintain product knowledge and keep the store well presented.
• Communicate effectively with the team and participate in training sessions.
• Support stock deliveries, stock takes and replenishment.
• Assist the team in other stores as needed.

We have an opportunity to join Team OB as a Team Member.

OB Team Members are approachable, resourceful and love working with people. They enjoy giving our customers a fantastic experience and work together to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will be required to work key days across the week. These working patterns are subject to change to fit the needs of the business, and any changes will be made in line with your availability provided.

OB Team Members will:

• Provide a great experience to every customer delivering on our service expectations.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge
• Have strong, consistent communication with the team.
• Participate in all training opportunities provided and contribute positively to team sessions.
• Embrace ownership of tasks, setting a good example for the rest of the team.
• Adhere to all operational practices and procedures, i.e. stock deliveries, health and safety standards, stock takes and replenishment.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store, including external and back of house/stockroom areas.
• Support other stores where needed.
• Have an awareness of the store’s sales targets and its current performance versus like-for-like/target/company figures.
• Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth.
