Job summary

The Perfume Shop is looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about perfume, people, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a diverse team, manage rosters, and help drive store targets while creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Contracted hours are 17 per week on a permanent basis, with a pay rate of €17.22. The role emphasizes coaching, motivation, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Motivate the team to hit store targets and participate in incentives.
• Support the Store Manager with rosters, payroll budgets, stock loss prevention and store procedures.
• In the absence of the Store Manager, run operations smoothly and ensure security.
