Job summary

Dealz in Ireland is seeking a capable Team Leader to support the Store and Assistant Manager, lead the team, and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for customers every day.

You will manage deliveries, merchandising, and daily operations, motivate the team, and help drive store performance, with training and development to progress into further roles.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Leadership experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong customer service mindset with energy and organisational skills.

About The Role

Join us here at Dealz as a Team Leader and you'll play a key role in supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for our customers every day.

You'll help create a friendly, welcoming store where customers receive great service and colleagues feel supported on the shop floor to do their best work. From managing deliveries and merchandising, to supporting daily operations you'll keep standards high on the shop floor and in the warehouse, you'll be right at the heart of the action.

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll motivate the team, support store performance, and help ensure everything runs efficiently day to day.

A positive, proactive approach and strong teamwork skills are essential. You'll be confident leading by example, supporting your colleagues to develop, and keeping the team focused on delivering great results. Retail experience is needed and some leadership experience would be a bonus but not essential, but most importantly we're looking for someone with energy, organisation, and a passion for people and customer service. We'll help you build on your skills with training and development opportunities to support your career with us.
