Job summary

Costa Coffee Ireland in Gorey is seeking a Team Leader to build foundational leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced cafe environment. You will support daily store operations and inspire your team to deliver great customer service.

This stepping-stone role offers coaching from experienced leaders, on-site parking, and opportunities to advance into management as you grow with the business.
