Barden | B Corp in Dublin is seeking a Tax Technology Consultant to blend tax expertise with technology. You will research Irish corporation tax developments and work on Pillar Two, transfer pricing, and country-by-country reporting within a growing software-enabled environment.

The role suits a tax professional with 3-4 years in a corporate tax setting who wants a broader commercial focus and a flexible hybrid work pattern, including one day per week in the Dublin office.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a corporate tax focused role.
• Qualified accountant or chartered tax advisor designation.
• Ability to learn new legislation, products and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Research corporation tax technical updates and share impact on the software.
• Deliver ad hoc projects for clients to maximise their efficient use of the software.
• Deliver practical training and onboarding, plus professional services such as data mapping, integrations and customer efficiency projects.
• Work across customer and product teams while building capability in Pillar Two, transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting and other new tax areas

An opportunity to join a leading Tax Software business as Tax Technology Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining tax knowledge with technology.

You'll play a key role in researching legislative developments within Irish corporation tax. You'll also build expertise in Pillar 2 and emerging areas introduced through growth and acquisition, including transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting, and future tax products and jurisdictions.

This is a great opportunity for a tax professional with 3-4 years experience in a corporate tax focused role looking for a broader commercial role.

A very flexible hybrid working arrangement (1 day a week) to work from the Dublin city office and overall a very flexible company to work for so ideal for someone looking to step away from an intense professional services environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

ABOUT THE PERSON

• At least three years' experience gained in a top tier firm.
• A Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Chartered Tax Advisor.
• Pillar Two, transfer pricing or country-by-country reporting knowledge is advantageous; ability to learn new legislation, products and jurisdictions is essential.
• Proven practical outcomes across support, training, professional services and product testing; tax technology experience is advantageous.
