Job summary

EY in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford seeks a Tax Senior Manager to lead compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base. You will manage relationships, provide high-level tax advisory services, and drive growth using the latest tax technology platforms.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and technical excellence across Irish and international tax matters, with a flexible hybrid working model and opportunities to advance within EY’s global Tax practice.

Qualifications

• AITI qualified with 2 years’ relevant PQE.
• Good working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or internationally.
• Accounting qualification desirable but not obligatory.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of both compliance and advisory work for clients.
• Assistance in advising clients on larger multidisciplinary advisory projects.
• Build and manage client relationships with high service levels.
• Liaise with clients, Revenue Authorities and external stakeholders.
• Develop relationships within EY to build a strong network.
• Identify and develop business opportunities leveraging latest technologies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
