Job summary

Ethos is recruiting experienced tax consultants to help train AI models on professional presentation tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated tax presentations and slide decks for tax structuring, client advisories, and reform impact analyses.

Fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, compensation at $80 per hour. Start date ASAP. Must have 4+ years at a top tax practice (Big 4) and be proficient in PowerPoint and client-ready materials.

Qualifications

• CPA, JD, or equivalent with 4+ years at a top tax practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Experience communicating complex tax positions in client-ready materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated tax presentations and slide decks.
• Prepare client-ready materials including tax structuring decks and reform impact analyses.
