Tax Assistant Manager

An expanding professional services firm is seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to join its growing tax team. Working with private clients and SME businesses across a range of sectors, the role offers a broad mix of compliance, advisory and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review corporation tax, income tax and partnership returns.
• Deliver advisory projects across corporate tax, VAT and capital taxes.
• Support clients with Revenue enquiries, interventions and settlements.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support the development of the tax team.

About You

• CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least one year’s post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across multiple tax heads.
• Excellent communication, client management and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting junior colleagues and managing competing deadlines.
• Experience handling Revenue interventions and complex compliance matters.
