Location: Waterford (with travel and flexible hours across time zones) Sector: Healthcare

A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across clinical, administrative and leadership roles. This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on sourcing and selection, including international recruitment and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.

Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build sourcing strategies

Conduct talent mapping, salary benchmarking and market analysis.

Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Lead international recruitment and support visa/registration processes.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and healthcare regulatory bodies.

Use data to track performance and improve recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

5 years' experience in healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and regulatory frameworks.
