Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes Operating Unit into a standalone company, creating MiniMed as an independent organisation. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Programs Partner to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of effective and scalable Talent Acquisition practices across MiniMed. This role is critical to enabling business growth as we build MiniMed as an independent organisation, establishing new systems, processes, and ways of working to support expansion across International markets.
Partnering closely with Global TA, HR, HR Operations, Procurement, and external vendors, you will help develop strong TA infrastructure, operating models, and governance to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while evolving the Talent Acquisition function during a period of significant change.
