Applegreen Paulstown is seeking a Taco Bell Supervisor to embody our brand and deliver great service to guests in transit. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will supervise front-of-house and line operations, ensuring accurate orders and a welcoming experience.

You will lead by example, maintain cleanliness and safety, and continuously promote menu items and promotions while supporting a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead front-of-house and on-the-line operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, handle payment, and ensure a clean dining area.
• Assemble and package food orders, maintain safety standards, and stay knowledgeable about menu items.

About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Supervisor feeds customers with great tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! The Supervisor is a representation of the brand in everything they do.

What will I be doing as a Taco Bell Supervisor?

Service Champion – Front counter

• Greet Customers in the Restaurant
• Take orders
• Handle payment and thank Customers
• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment
• Be knowledgeable about Menu Items and Promotions

Food Champion – On the Line

• Assemble food orders and check to make sure orders are correct
• Package products
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Be knowledgeable about Menu Items and Promotions
