Job summary

Apleona GmbH is seeking an Office and Systems Training Coordinator to be based in Dublin 14. The role supports training development, delivery and system usage across sites, including NAV, ELO and CAFM platforms.

Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm in the head office, with responsibilities across induction, SOPs and reporting. You will coordinate training materials, supervise system usage, and assist the Commercial Department with queries while liaising with senior management on meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering and coordinating training programmes.
  • Ability to create and manage a training matrix and library.
  • Comfort with operational systems, data reporting and billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and maintain a training matrix and plan for employees using various methods.
  • Coordinate induction training to ensure proficiency in operational systems.
  • Monitor and support staff on system usage for efficiency.
  • Provide training on commercial data including billing, invoice approval and reporting.
  • Create and maintain a central training library (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Produce SOPs for key processes such as billing in NAV and PO creation.
  • Identify gaps in system usage and propose practical improvements.
  • Coordinate training for new applications and ensure standardisation across sites.
