The Panel in Dublin is seeking an experienced client services leader to partner with mutual fund clients, driving service excellence and innovative solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role shaping the client experience and delivering across a complex operating environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and champion a best-in-class service model by leveraging data and stakeholder insights to drive continuous improvement and superior outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in mutual fund servicing operations and client servicing support for a FA team.
  • Proven track record managing complex client relationships and cross-functional operational challenges.
  • Experience leading high-performing client service teams.
  • Commercial mindset with exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with major mutual fund clients, acting as a senior escalation point and trusted partner on strategic and operational matters.
  • Drive exceptional client outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product and Relationship Management.
  • Use data, insights and client feedback to identify trends, enhance service delivery and create continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead service reviews, oversee service commitments and evolve client servicing frameworks to meet changing client requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, market dynamics and industry trends, providing proactive guidance and thought leadership.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience through effective governance, communication and stakeholder management.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced client services leader to join a high-performing team based in Dublin. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will partner with some of the industry's leading mutual fund clients, driving service excellence, strengthening relationships, and delivering innovative solutions across a complex operating environment.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor to key clients, you will play a central role in shaping the client experience, influencing service strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple products and platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, you will lead the resolution of complex issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion a best-in-class service model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience within mutual fund servicing operations and now in client servicing support a FA team
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and resolving cross-functional operational and service challenges.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing client service teams.
  • A commercial mindset with exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree qualified, with postgraduate qualifications considered an advantage.
