Purpose of the Role

The Surgical Videographer & Content Creator plays a key role in bridging clinical practice and digital education. This position supports the Lead Surgeon by capturing, editing, and publishing surgical procedures and patient stories in real time, transforming surgery into engaging, educational content that inspires both professionals and patients.

Main Responsibilities

• Clinical Videography & Photography: Capture live surgical cases (All-on-X, full-arch, implants), ensuring adherence to sterile and clinical protocols.
• Live Content Creation: Manage real-time posting through Dr. Mo Shirin's Instagram, curating educational and engaging content during surgeries.
• Post-Production & Editing: Edit, caption, and enhance content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro to deliver high-quality, educational visuals.
• Brand Growth & Digital Strategy: Collaborate with the surgeon to identify "teachable moments," optimize audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Case Documentation: Maintain an organized database of recorded cases, including timestamps, locations, and patient consent records.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Additional training in medical or clinical videography is a plus.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in videography, photography, or digital content creation.
• Experience working in clinical or highly regulated environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of surgical or healthcare protocols preferred.
