Job summary

Enable Ireland is seeking a highly motivated Support Worker for the Sandyford area on a permanent basis. Salary €35,070 - €42,440 pro rata per annum, with options for full or part-time hours.

The role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living, personal care and mobility, and enabling inclusion in community activities. Qualifications include FETAC Level 5 in Social Care (or current enrollment with 2-3 modules completed) and a full, clean Class B driving license.

Qualifications

• Essential criteria: FETAC Level 5 Certificate in Social Care or equivalent.
• Undertaking a FETAC Level 5 Certificate with 2-3 modules completed is acceptable.
• Full, clean Class B driving license is required.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily living activities, including assistance with personal care and mobility.
• Support access and participation in day services, community, and online/virtual activities, and develop options in training, employment and inclusion.
