Autism A Chara is seeking a Support Worker for a residential setting in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin. The role requires a QQI level 5 Health/Care qualification and a genuine passion for person-centred support to people with complex needs.

The position involves rota shifts including evenings, weekends and waking night duties. A full, clean Irish driving licence is desirable, and permission to work in Ireland is essential. A rewarding role with opportunities for development is offered.

Qualifications required for a Support Worker:

A full QQI level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g. health, community, care sector) but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Support Worker.
