Autism A Chara in Ireland invites applications for a part-time Support Worker - Residential based in Ashford, Co. Wicklow. This role offers 24 hours per month with a rota that includes evenings and weekends, supporting adults with complex needs in residential, respite, and day services.
You will hold a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification, demonstrate person-centred support, and work with initiative. A full driving licence is desirable to enable service vehicle use.
We initially opened our doors in 2005 as part of a strategic partnership with Autism Initiatives UK. Recently we have decided to make the significant change to operate as a solely run, Irish charity independent of the UK.
