Job summary

McCabes Pharmacy in Swords is seeking a Support Pharmacist to join our team at the Pavilions Shopping Centre. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Deliver expert care, vaccinations, health screenings and patient counselling while ensuring dispensing meets PSI guidelines and pharmacy law. Work closely with GPs and nurses to provide joined-up patient care and support the monthly claims process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PSI approved Pharmacy Qualification.
• Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care and ensure dispensary operations meet PSI guidelines and pharmacy law.
• Provide vaccinations, health screenings and patient counselling.
• Provide a safe, efficient dispensing service following best practices.
• Lead with integrity and uphold high ethics, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Support safe access to medicines with timely and secure delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses and other healthcare professionals for joined-up patient care.
• Stay on top of the detail by supporting the monthly claims process with timely submissions.
