LSC has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate - Supply Chain Lead to join a pharmaceutical company in Cork. You will be working in a site that supplies active ingredients through complex chemical synthesis and biotechnology manufacturing processes for a range of therapeutics.

Position Description

Senior Associate, Supply Chain Customer Service - manage customer relationships and end‑to‑end supply chain activities across a global manufacturing network. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external manufacturing partners, suppliers, and customers across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, managing orders, logistics, invoicing, and communication
  • Coordinate order processing, distribution, and shipping in line with country‑specific requirements
  • Manage replenishment planning, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation using SAP/APO
  • Maintain customer contracts, working procedures, and order documentation
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, internal controls, and policies
  • Support supply interruption activities including returns, recalls, and allocations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects
Key Requirements
  • Third‑level qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
  • Experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics, or operational roles
  • Strong SAP and MS Excel skills
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
  • Pharmaceutical contract or toll manufacturing
  • GMP/GDP‑regulated environments
  • Experience working in a multinational or global supply chain setting
