Job summary

Danone Nutricia Wexford is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month, full-time contract based at our Wexford factory. You will be the single point of contact for markets, monitor inventory and production plans, and run weekly status calls to ensure on-time delivery and visibility of stock.

You will own KPI targets such as CFR, OTIF for MTO, and stock aging, collaborate with Quality and Operations, manage APO orders, and use SAP/APO, Excel and PowerPoint to drive accuracy and continuous

Qualifications

  • Degree in a Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of planning experience.
  • End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to read and interpret large amounts of data.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CFR owner, aligning the supply chain flow from production plan to 3PL/transportation performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and production plan of finished goods to ensure on-time stock deployment.
  • Manage part loads to optimize transport use and prevent stockouts.
  • Monitor orders between factory, 3PL, and markets ensuring proper closure (PO_SO flow).
  • Coordinate RORO and air freight requests with cross-charge trackers.
  • Own STOCK AGING KPI at 3PL and drive zero FG write-off due to expiries.
  • For Make to Order markets, manage order input in APO and own OTIF KPI for MTO shipments.
  • Understand Production Planning Way of Working (MOQ, Recipe Cycles) to connect with markets.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations to progress products under incident.

Job description

Short Intro and About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst position. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time role. This role is based in our Supply Chain team at our Wexford factory in Ireland and reports to the Supply Chain Analyst Team Lead.

Outline of the Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst will act as the Single Point of Contact for Markets/CBUs supplied by Wexford factory, in order to give proper visibility of production, stock in quarantine, transit status, and to collect input from the Markets/CBUs related to short term events like CSL issues, returns, open orders, etc. The Supply Chain analyst role will also have as one if its main activities the weekly call with the markets in order to check the status of the operations, creation and monitoring of STOs, making sure that the markets will receive the goods within the timings agreed.

More job duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Act as the CFR owner, making sure that the supply chain flow, from the production plan established to 3PL/transportation companies’ performance, are aligned in order to support the CFR target.
  • Monitor inventory levels and production plan of finished goods to ensure stock is deployed on time.
  • Manage part loads to ensure efficient use of transport and mitigate any risk of stock out.
  • Monitor orders between factory and 3PL, factory and markets, and 3PL and markets ensuring that the orders are closed in the proper way (PO_SO flow).
  • Manage RORO and Air Freight alignment: to manage requests for RORO or airfreight in a formal way, with proper adherence to the cross-charge tracker.
  • Owner of the STOCK AGING KPI at 3PL and deliver a zero FG write off due to expired product. Liaise with CBU to agree and approve cross charge for aging stock.
  • For Make to Order Markets, to manage the order input in APO, and to own the KPI of OTIF for the MTO shipments.
  • To have full understanding of Production Planning Way of Working: MOQ, Recipe Cycles, over all assumptions, to increase the speed and connection to Markets and its requirements.
  • Returns Management: track and communicate within Wexford factory, making sure that Logistics & Inventory teams have visibility of what is being returned from CBUs to our factory (or 3PL).
  • Management of Order and Forecast Submissions within APO.
  • Collaboration with Quality and Operations teams to progress product under incident.

About You

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in a Supply Chain or related discipline preferred.
