Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Supplier Quality Performance Specialist in a hybrid role based in Ringaskiddy, Ireland. You will manage systems to monitor supplier quality performance, analyze data, and drive improvements across QA processes while preparing for regulatory readiness and audits.

The role partners with Quality, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and strengthen SPM transparency in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Advanced degree in Analytics, Quality or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, Data Analytics, Compliance, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining metrics dashboards and reports.
  • Experience in 21 CFR 820 / MDD / ISO 13485 environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, and management reviews with data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance metrics dashboards and reports to support QMS performance and compliance.
  • Gather feedback and implement improvements to SPM procedures.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support governance of QMS processes with accurate data reporting.
  • Partner with Quality, Compliance, and IT to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Support audit/inspection readiness with quality metrics and analytics.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting standards for quality analytics and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance SPM transparency and metric maturity.
  • Communicate verification/monitoring results to management through reviews.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, the Source Quality Systems Specialist is responsible forsupporting Source and Supplier Quality Systems through advanced data analytics, reporting, and system enablement. This role plays a keypartin strengthening visibility, governance, and performance of quality processes by translating quality data into actionable insights. The position partners closely with Quality Engineering, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to enable data‑driven decision‑making, improve Supplier Performance Monitoring effectiveness, and support regulatory readiness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education

Experience and Skills
Required

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
