Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain within pharma or other regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Auditing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manages supplier qualification, risk management, and supplier performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Support new product introductions and supply chain maps and SLAs.
• Participate/lead internal and external audits as well as support for regulatory inspections.
