• Ensure the store opens and closes in a timely, stylish manner
• Deliver branded customer experience and manage sales, merchandising and related duties
• Monitor store security and act as the guardian of in-store safety
• Assist customers in finding the right shoes and accessories
• Support cashiers during busy periods
• Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets
• Promote accessories and apparel, showing fashion sense
• Help drive store performance and boost sales results
• Keep the store visually attractive with effective merchandising
• Lead and nurture the team, supporting a positive employee experience
