Job summary

Supermac's in Blackrock, Co. Dublin is seeking a capable Supervisor to oversee shift operations and lead a frontline team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding service, supervise daily activities, and maintain high standards across all store tasks. The ideal candidate will focus on customers and teammates, lead from the front, and actively develop team skills.

Work Environment

Fast-paced, “non‑stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regard to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods of time without sitting down.
