JD Sports Ireland in Dublin seeks a Supervisor to help run the shop floor, lead colleagues on each shift, and uphold high service standards. You’ll model best practice in customer interactions, drive presentation, and support daily operations under Store Management.

This role rewards a hands-on leader with excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and sport. You'll contribute to team development, merchandising, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.
• Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, fast-moving store environment.
• Confident problem solver with strong customer-resolution skills.
• Interest in visual merchandising and product presentation.
