Applegreen Ballincollig seeks a dedicated Supervisor to join our front-line retail team in Ballincollig, County Cork. You will support the Site Manager, drive sales, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on delivering our hospitality standards and ensuring smooth daily operations. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude.

Supervisor - Applegreen Ballincollig

As a Supervisor at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations. You are someone who has worked in a retail setting before in a Supervisory role.

What will I be doing as a Supervisor at Applegreen?

• Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks to ensure optimal store performance.
• Support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
• Motivate the team by setting achievable goals and using effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ensure the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
