Job summary

Allcare Pharmacy in Merrion is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a 45-hour permanent role, with store hours 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.

You will uphold statutory regulations, maintain professional standards in community pharmacy, lead in Health Promotion programs and Pharmaceutical Care, and support stock control and security. We offer PSI fees reimbursement, vaccination training funding, a pension scheme with up to 7% company contribution, CPD hours, Sunday premium

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Supervising Pharmacist is advantageous.
• Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland with post-registration experience (3+ years).
• Strong attention to detail and leadership/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe statutory regulations in line with Pharmacy Act 2007.
• Maintain professional standards in the community pharmacy.
• Participate in Health Promotion and Pharmaceutical Care initiatives.
• Engage in Continuing Education to support professional development.
• Implement and follow company policies and SOPs, ensure stock control and proper receipts/documentation.
• Ensure security of stock and safety of staff and customers in partnership with the Pharmacy Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of business details and comply with health and safety requirements.
• Support store manager in retail standards, merchandising and stock control.
