Qr Select Drogheda is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for an independent community pharmacy to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise staff, manage stock, dispense prescriptions accurately, and ensure all paperwork and SOPs are followed. Registration with the PSI and an independent mindset are essential for success.

Supervising Pharmacist – Drogheda

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Pharmacist for an independent community pharmacy based in Drogheda

The opening hours are 9am to 6pm .

The role is permanent and available immediately

As a Supervising Pharmacist, your keyresponsibilitieswill include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the local community to foster customer loyalty.
• Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of required medications.
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborating with the pharmacy owners to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets performance goals.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and providing leadership to the team.

You will be part of a dedicated healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient care to the local community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.
• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, colleagues, and suppliers.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
