Job summary

Clarity Recruitment is seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a Corbally, Limerick pharmacy. This full-time, permanent role operates on a 4-day week with rotating shifts, and there are no late nights or bank holidays.

You will lead the dispensary team and maintain PSI standards. Key duties include ensuring compliance with PSI regulations, delivering patient-centred service, managing paperwork (PCRS) and building strong relationships with patients, supported by an in-house training and strong

• At least 3 years of post-registration experience.
• Experience with maintenance and organization of paperwork (PCRS claims).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the dispensary and lead the pharmacy team.
• Ensure compliance with PSI regulations and all relevant pharmacy legislation.
• Provide a safe, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy service.
• Deliver excellent customer care and build strong relationships with patients.

What you need to know:

This is a full-time, permanent position based on a 4-day working week with a rotating schedule:

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday
• Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday

There are no late nights or Bank Holidays, and the pharmacy operates using the Touchstore dispensing system.
