Job summary

The Boots Ireland pharmacy team is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to provide expert patient care and advice while upholding legal and ethical standards. You will help build store team capabilities and contribute to ongoing quality reviews to safeguard customer safety.

Applicants should be registered with the PSI, have 3+ years’ experience, and be passionate about delivering top-tier community pharmacy services with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• At least three years’ appropriate experience.
• Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals.
• Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers.
• Be collaborative with a team-centered approach.
• Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
• Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients.

About the role

As a Pharmacist with Boots Ireland you’ll providing excellent customer and patient care, it’s more than dispensing medicine, it’s listening and providing your expert advice and reassurance. Your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Delivering the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice

What you’ll need to have

To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help us deliver outstanding patient care. In addition, you will:

• Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
