Job summary

Applegreen is seeking a Subway Team Member to support day-to-day operations on the shop floor and assist with food preparation. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock, safety standards and a positive customer experience.

In a fast-paced environment you’ll interact with customers, learn Subway procedures, and work with management to meet targets. This full-time role offers flexible schedules and staff discounts within Applegreen stores.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable, able to engage customers.
• Excellent communication with team and managers.
• Able to multitask in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Food preparation.
• Follow and enforce Subway manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
