Applegreen is seeking a Subway Manager at Clonsilla to oversee Subway operations, ensure standards, lead a team, recruit and train staff, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will uphold strict food hygiene and safety guidelines while delivering excellent customer service in a busy setting.

You will schedule, train, and coach team members, manage recruitment and performance, and collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, efficient work atmosphere and achieve targets

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

What will I be doing as a Subway Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of Subway, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
