Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC in Dublin is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. Lead all sales efforts to grow memberships and manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and staff scheduling.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates; hire/manage instructors.
• Ensure inventory accuracy for studio retail/products.
• Proficiency in ClubReady and revenue/attendance reporting.
