Job summary

Access Healthcare (Ireland) is seeking Healthcare Assistants for flexible summer shifts across Kildare and surrounding areas. Join a team that values dignity, independence, and high-quality care in welcoming environments.

You will assist with daily living activities, support social and recreational engagement, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. Training and Garda Vetting are provided.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or currently completing relevant healthcare modules)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant within the Irish healthcare system
• A caring, patient, and positive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt across different healthcare settings
