Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Civil/Structural Technician in County Galway with 2-5 years' experience to join a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering structural and civil projects across Ireland.

The successful candidate will produce structural and civil drawings and models for residential and hospitality developments, with the opportunity to progress within the team and work on hybrid arrangements with a focus on quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in structural/civil drawing production.
• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural and civil drawings and models for residential and hospitality developments.
• Assist in delivering projects across Ireland.
• Support multidisciplinary consultancy requirements.

Structural Technician

Location: County Galway

Civil Technician with 2-5 years’ experience required to join a consultancy delivering structural and civil engineering projects across Ireland. The successful Structural Technician will be working on projects such as producing structural and civil drawings and models for residential and hospitality developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician to progress in a multidisciplinary consultancy.

Sample Projects:

Residential Development

• Housing estates and residential developments.
• Structural and civil packages for residential development.
• Civils and infrastructure – site development works supporting surface water drainage, attenuation tanks and road layout projects.

Requirements:

• Structural technician should have 2-5 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or in a related field.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experienced producing structural and civil drawings for building projects.
