Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing Analytics to lead analytics and sourcing initiatives within the Packaging & Logistics Tower. The role focuses on collecting, managing, and analyzing data to provide insights that improve procurement decisions and drive value.

You will influence leadership through thought leadership and lead strategic sourcing efforts across the Cross-Enterprise Procurement Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience in engineering, business, and/or supply chain, including FMCG or franchise bottling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and judgment.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SQL/RDBMS concepts.
• Data visualization and storytelling expertise.
• Proficiency in ETL processes.
• Familiarity with mathematical optimization and linear programming.
• E-Sourcing experience.
• Programming expertise (XML, VBA, Python) preferred.
• Strategic Sourcing Strategy: understanding of seven-step sourcing.
• Data and Analytics: ability to model scenarios and analyze cost, impact, risks, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day delivery of sourcing operations services.
• Facilitate sourcing events (RFP, RFI) through E-Sourcing tool management and cost modeling.
• Collaborate with category managers to ensure compliance to sourcing requirements.
• Lead analytics activities to provide insight and drive improvement.
• Provide analytical rigor and technical expertise to improve decision-making.
• Act as SME on sourcing operations policies, processes, and systems.
• Participate in development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives.
• Provide leadership updates on operations and escalated issues.
• Collaborate with category managers to understand category strategy and supplier markets.
• Input and administer POV tracking and reporting for projects in the I&I tower.
