• Minimum 7 years' senior experience leading learning and development within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic learning frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CORU registration, HIQA standards, and workforce compliance requirements.

• Provide national strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of learning and people development.
• Lead design and deliver a learning and people development strategy.
• Drive innovation and lead large scale people development change initiatives.
