Job summary

BT Sourced is the procurement and supply chain partner to BT Group, delivering sourcing, supplier management and transformation activity across a global business. Our Dublin team supports connectivity procurement with end-to-end sourcing and active stakeholder engagement across Europe, AMEA and the Americas.

You will lead global sourcing activities, coordinate regional teams and drive strategic procurement outcomes, working closely with Finance, Operations, Product and Sales to identify

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience in fast-paced environments.
• End-to-end sourcing with multi-stakeholder RFPs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run global sourcing activities from end to end with regional partners.
• Support major global procurement programmes including strategic sourcing and renewal initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate senior stakeholder meetings to review priorities, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate procurement activity across global teams to align with objectives.
• Work with Finance, Product, Operations, Sales and Procurement to identify opportunities.
• Project manage strategic procurement and business opportunities on a global scale.
• Support internal business units on bids with creative supply chain solutions.
• Analyse data and generate insights to support decision making and strategy.
• Contribute to development and improvement of global procurement strategies.
