Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Contracts / Senior Contracts Manager responsible for the commercial and contractual delivery of complex building projects across residential and commercial sectors in Tobercurry, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience at Tier 1 or large Tier 2 construction environments, strong commercial acumen, and expertise in managing multiple subcontractor packages. Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in large scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of standard forms of contract.
• Experience leading and managing teams in live project environments.
