Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in bid/tender coordination, ideally in corporate or professional services.
• Strong understanding of bid management and tendering best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned bids and tenders, managing each stage from opportunity identification to submission.
• Monitor tender platforms to identify upcoming opportunities.
• Draft high-quality, tailored responses using existing content and input from internal teams.
