About Your New Job as a Stores Coordinator
  • As the stores Coordinator you will receive parts at the loading bay, check them against delivery dockets, and manage accurate intake.
  • Safely store and organise parts in designated areas to ensure clear identification and easy retrieval.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and support efficient dispatch of goods to customers and factory teams, including managing Kanbans across factory cells.
  • The Stores Coordinator will transfer goods quickly and efficiently between two sites.
  • Actively participate in job-related training and personal development to support continuous improvement.
What Skills You Need as a Stores Coordinator
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a stores/manufacturing environment; team-leader experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the automotive and/or manufacturing industries.
  • Advanced computer skills (essential), with strong communication abilities, a customer-service focus, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a full, clean driver’s licence; an HGV licence is an advantage.
  • Must be able to commute daily to Birr, County Offaly.
